I’m Wayne Evans, and I’m the one who created this website. Since I’ve been interested in fitness for over ten years, I’ll be sharing my knowledge on how to stay active and get in shape on this website.

I am a certified Personal Trainer and hold a degree in business administration. I believe that fitness is about pushing yourself, and it’s not a race against the clock.

I want people to realize that the best training equipment doesn’t necessarily have to be expensive or well-known. Always choose exercises and equipment that suit your needs and preferences, not the other way around.
